Whiteboard Quote of the Day: FINISH STRONG!

by

The Olympics have started and we are sure to witness something amazing.  Somebody giving every last ounce of what they have, resulting in a gold medal performance.  It will be known worldwide.  I also believe there is somebody like you and I that has the opportunity to do the same thing in our private lives.

We’ve all started something and, along the way to completing it, we faced challenges making it hard to keep going.  That’s when we need to act like we are one of the Olympians on the world’s biggest stage and FINISH STRONG!

FINISH STRONG!

Just like those Olympians, you and I have already put in hours and hours of hard work.  Now it is time to dig as deep as we can and give all we have to FINISH STRONG.

Ultimate Blog Challenge…check

This month, I began a blog challenge called the Ultimate Blog Challenge.  The challenge calls for bloggers to post something on their blog every day for the entire month of July.  This was the second time I’ve done it so I was a little more prepared and did really well.  Tuesday, I will complete the challenge with 31 blog posts in 31 days.  I am very pleased with my results, and the new people I’ve met through it all.

Blog projects…time to FINISH STRONG!

Although, I did a great job on the blog challenge I have also been working on several projects at once for my blog.  Many of them are in the final stages of completion, let’s call it the fourth quarter, and over the last week I have felt myself wearing down.  That is why this Whiteboard Quote of the Week hits me hard. I’m at that point where I need to dig down deep, and FINISH STRONG.  Complete the projects I’m working on and get them ready to “ship” (share with all my readers).

What project needs you to FINISH STRONG?

I know I’m not the only one at this point.  It may be a blog project for you, a family project, a new business, or completing your fitness challenges and goals.  You can probably benefit from heeding these words as well, “FINISH STRONG.”

My challenge to you this week is take inventory of what you are doing and find something that is near completion.  Pull it out, dust it off if necessary, and take it to completion.  FINISH STRONG.

Question:  When you are tired, or in need of inspiration, what do you use to help you push through?  Please share in the comment section below.
